How to choose bell peppers:

• Choose firm, glossy peppers with unwrinkled skins and green stems.
• Refrigerate peppers unwashed in a plastic bag.
• Add red, green, or yellow peppers to salads; stir-fry; stuff whole peppers with cooked rice and bake for a healthy main course.
