Fee Based Informatics Services

Effective March 1, 2010, IBC implemented a fee schedule for non-standard data reports and data file extracts for customers with at least 250 contracts. Our competitors have routinely charged for these value-added informatics services that IBC has historically provided at no cost. These changes align IBC with current competitive practices in the market.

Market Impact

New Customers
The new fee schedule applies only to new customers after March 1, 2010. Exceptions will be made in circumstances where a proposal has been generated stating ad hoc, nonstandard reporting at no charge. Your IBC account executive will advise you if you have prospective customers who would be exempt from these charges in 2010.

Existing Business
This fee schedule will be implemented for existing customers at their renewal beginning with January 2011 anniversaries.
